Refund policy

Contact us before returning an item

Email nordivexa.store@gmail.com before sending an item back. Include your name and order number so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send your return to the sender address on the parcel without checking the address with us.

You can also request a return or cancellation through your customer account. You do not have to give a reason when exercising your right of withdrawal. Your withdrawal notice does not require our approval.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days starting the day after you receive the item, or the last item when an order is delivered in parts. Clearly notify us within this period. Send the item back within 14 days after your notice.

Return shipping and handling

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping cost if you were informed of this before purchasing. Pack the item securely and retain proof of postage. You may inspect it to establish its characteristics and function. A lawful deduction for diminished value may apply if you handle it more than necessary and the applicable information requirements have been met. Unopened packaging is not a general requirement.

Refunds

When you withdraw from the entire order, we refund the item price and any cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery choice are not refunded. Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days after your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that you sent it back, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without an additional refund fee.

Faulty or damaged items

Contact us if an item is damaged, faulty or different from your order. Please include the order number and photographs when helpful. Under Swedish consumer law, you may complain about an original defect for three years. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering it; notice within two months is always timely.

For a defect for which we are responsible, we cover necessary remedies and return shipping. Your statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination apply when their respective conditions are met. We do not redirect your claim to the supplier. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
