Ordering from Fjorvani

These terms apply to consumer purchases in the Fjorvani online store. Read the product information and check quantity, colour, delivery address and total before completing your order. Contact us if the confirmation contains an error or is missing.

Prices and payment

Prices and payment are in Swedish kronor (SEK). Available payment methods, taxes and the order total are shown at checkout. Delivery to Sweden is free. The payment provider’s specific terms are shown when you select a payment method. A limited-time offer applies only during the stated period; the countdown does not automatically restart for each visit.

Delivery and changes

See our shipping policy for delivery terms. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. If a shipment cannot be stopped, we will help under the withdrawal and return rules. Your statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights are not limited by the order status in our system.

Returns and complaints

Contact us before a return for instructions and the correct address. See the return and refund policy for deadlines, costs and refunds. Your withdrawal notice does not require our approval. We handle faulty or damaged items under Swedish consumer law and do not redirect your claim to the supplier.

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is processed. Only provide information needed for your order and customer service. Do not email payment card details.

Questions and disputes

Contact us first with questions or complaints. Independent guidance is available from Konsumentverket or municipal consumer advisers. Where its eligibility conditions are met, you may refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
